● （一）无须出国即可获得中美双证
(I) Obtain Dual Chinese and American Credentials Without Going Abroad
学生4年全部在长春大学学习，无须赴美就读。课程体系由中美双方共同设计，融合中方扎实的专业基础与美方先进的教学理念。学生在修满规定学分、符合双方毕业条件后，可同时获得：长春大学本科毕业证书、长春大学学士学位证书，美国东北州立大学相应专业学士学位证书（可通过教育部留学服务中心进行认证）。
Students study for all 4 years at Changchun University, with no requirement to study in the United States. The curriculum is jointly designed by both Chinese and American partners, integrating solid Chinese professional foundations and advanced American teaching concepts. Upon completing the required credits and meeting the graduation requirements of both institutions, students will simultaneously receive: Changchun University’s undergraduate graduation certificate, Changchun University’s bachelor’s degree certificate, and the corresponding bachelor’s degree certificate from Northeastern State University, USA (which can be authenticated by the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange).

(II) American Faculty Teach in Person in China, with Bilingual Chinese-English Instruction
美国东北州立大学选派经验丰富的教师定期来华开展专业核心课程教学。课程主干内容采用中英文双语授课，帮助学生在国内即可沉浸式体验美式课堂模式与学术氛围，系统提升专业能力与英语综合运用水平。
Northeastern State University selects experienced faculty to regularly teach core specialized courses in China. The main course content is delivered in both Chinese and English, allowing students to immerse themselves in American classroom models and academic atmosphere while systematically improving their professional skills and overall English proficiency.
● （三）继续攻读硕士研究生的成长通道
(III) Pathways for Pursuing a Master’s Degree
▶ 特殊教育（中外合作办学）专业：完成本科学习并符合毕业条件后，加修四门美方要求的专业主干课程并取得相应学分，即可升入硕士研究生阶段学习，无需参加全国硕士研究生入学考试。
Special Education (Chinese-Foreign Cooperative Education) Program: After completing the undergraduate program and meeting graduation requirements, students who take four additional core specialized courses required by the American partner and earn the corresponding credits can directly enter the master’s degree stage without taking the National Postgraduate Entrance Examination.
▶ 音乐表演、视觉传达设计（中外合作办学）专业：完成本科学习并符合毕业条件、获得中美双方学历学位证书后，可根据长春大学国际特殊教育学院学科教学（音乐）、学科教学（美术）（中外合作办学）硕士研究生专业的入学要求申请就读，无需参加全国硕士研究生入学考试，且本校毕业生优先录取。
Music Performance and Visual Communication Design (Chinese-Foreign Cooperative Education) Programs: After completing the undergraduate program and meeting graduation requirements, and obtaining the dual Chinese and American academic credentials, students can apply for admission to the International Special Education College’s master’s programs in Subject Teaching (Music) and Subject Teaching (Fine Arts) (Chinese-Foreign Cooperative Education) based on the admission requirements without taking the National Postgraduate Entrance Examination. Priority admissions are given to graduates of our College.

(IV) No Additional Tuition Fees for Study in the U.S.
学费标准为每生每年人民币6.4万元。学生在学期间，如有意愿赴美交流学习，无需向美方额外缴纳学费，仅按长春大学学费标准缴纳即可，进一步降低家庭海外学习成本。
The tuition fee is RMB 64,000 per student per year. During their studies, if students wish to go to the U.S. for exchange study, they do not need to pay additional tuition fees to the American partner; they only need to pay by the standard Changchun University tuition, further reducing the cost of overseas study for families.

毕业生可在国内外特殊教育学校、融合教育学校、特殊儿童康复机构、艺术教育机构、文化创意与设计行业及相关企事业单位从事教学、研究、管理与专业实践工作；亦可选择继续在国内外攻读硕士研究生，依托学院搭建的成长通道及国际合作平台进入更高学术阶段深造。
Graduates may work in teaching, research, management, and professional practice in special education schools, inclusive education schools, rehabilitation institutions for children with special needs, arts education institutions, cultural and creative design industries, and related public institutions and enterprises both domestically and internationally. They may also choose to pursue master’s degrees at home or abroad, advancing to higher academic stages through the College’s built-in progression pathways and international cooperation platforms.
